Tuition & Fees

Registration Fee

Upon enrollment, a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $550 per child is required and must be paid prior to your child’s first day of attendance.

Accepted payments for registration fees are processed through Brightwheel.

Tuition

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis. Parents/guardians will receive an invoice through the Brightwheel application at the end of each calendar month. Full payment is due on the first of the subsequent month. 


The monthly tuition for the next school year, September 2026 - August 2027, is $2,625 for all ages. 


Payments received on or after the 5th of the month will be considered late and subject to a $10 per day late fee. Repeated late payments may result in temporary suspension of enrollment or permanent disenrollment at the discretion of school administration. 

Extended Leave

Semillitas does not offer discounted tuition rates for extended student leave. Tuition payments are due continuously throughout the academic year. In the event of extenuating circumstances requiring an extended absence, parents are advised to promptly contact the Director to discuss options. 

Withdrawal & Early Termination Policy

If your family needs to withdraw from our program before completing the enrollment commitment, we ask that you provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your child’s last day of attendance.

Families who withdraw early are responsible for:

  • Tuition during the full 30-day notice period, regardless of attendance 
  • An early withdrawal fee equal to one month of tuition 

These policies help us maintain classroom stability, staffing consistency, and thoughtful program planning for all enrolled families.


Exceptions to the Early Withdrawal Fee

We understand that unexpected life changes can happen. In certain circumstances, the early withdrawal fee may be waived with administrative approval for documented situations such as, but not limited to:

  • Family relocation 
  • Military relocation or official orders 
  • Serious medical or family emergencies that prevent continued enrollment 

Documentation may be requested when reviewing waiver requests.

Please note that fee waivers are generally not granted for, but not limited to:

  • Choosing to transfer to another school or childcare program 
  • Schedule or work-related changes 


We encourage open communication and ask families to reach out as early as possible if circumstances change or concerns arise. Our goal is to work together to best support your family while maintaining consistency for our community.
